Unilever Future Leaders’ League Program in Saudi Arabia

Published:

At Unilever, we are committed to empowering local youth and nurturing their potential. As part of our Employer Brand strategy, we are excited to announce the re-launch of the Unilever Future Leaders’ League program (UFLL), a global business case competition that brings together top university students from around the world. This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which emphasizes the importance of developing the skills and capabilities of young people to drive the nation's future growth.

In April 2025, we embarked on this journey with around 300 candidates from various universities in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. These talented individuals were shortlisted to 21 semifinalists who presented a case study to lead in the local market with Knorr. During the finals, they tackled a case study on Signal. From these exceptional candidates, 9 advanced to the final round, and ultimately, 3 winners were chosen in early June. We are proud to announce that Joud Kaki, Sara Babalghoum, and Joud Alamri will represent Saudi Arabia on the global stage, where they will tackle a case study on Axe in London on July 9th-10th.

The journey to selecting the winners was rigorous and inspiring. This competition not only showcases the talent and potential of our youth but also aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 by fostering innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills among young Saudis.

Empowering youth is at the heart of our mission at Unilever. By providing platforms like the UFLL, we are investing in the future leaders of our society. We believe that initiatives like these are crucial for the sustainable development of our communities and the achievement of national goals.
