On September 17th, 2025, we proudly inaugurated new deodorant stick production lines at our Binzagr Unilever factory in Jeddah—marking a major milestone in our journey of innovation and expansion in the region. This site is now the only Unilever factory in the Middle East producing deodorant sticks, and one of just four globally with this capability.
The event was honored by the presence of senior government officials including H.E. Eng. Abdulaziz Al Ahmadi, representatives from MODON, the National Industrial Development Center (NIDC), the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, and the Saudi Export Development Authority. We were also joined by our partner Binzagr Group and customer whose presence underscored the strategic importance of this milestone for our business and for Saudi’s industrial future.
With this expansion, we are producing two of our most loved deodorant brands: Rexona and Dove. These brands are trusted by millions of consumers across Saudi Arabia and the region for their performance, reliability, and care. By manufacturing them locally, we are not only meeting growing demand but also exporting over 85% of the production to markets worldwide.
This positions Saudi Arabia as a key hub for Unilever’s deodorant portfolio and reinforces our commitment to delivering world-class products powered by local talent and resources supporting Saudi Vision 2030.
