Empowering Emirati Talent: MoU with Emirati Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC)

At Unilever Arabia, we’re committed to building a future powered by local talent. That’s why we’ve signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Emirati Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) to support the development and employment of Emirati youth in the private sector.

Signed on May 8th, 2025, in Dubai, this partnership aligns with the UAE Centennial 2071 and Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), focusing on creating meaningful career pathways, upskilling opportunities, and innovation-driven growth for Emiratis. It also supports the national Emiratisation strategy by opening doors for UAE nationals in global organizations like ours.

Through this collaboration, we’ll work closely with EHRDC on joint initiatives that promote national talent acquisition, enhance training programs, and facilitate knowledge sharing. A key pillar of this partnership is our ‘U4YOU’ graduate program, which offers Emirati graduates a two-year rotational experience across key business functions—preparing them for future leadership roles.
